I purchased Llanerch Vineyard overnight stay with breakfast and wine tasting christmas time and went in January. Staff went out of their way to ensure that our stay was made extra special. Went to the tasting rooms for the wine tasting ,Vicky was our host we were very lucky in was just the 3 of us, She was knowledgeable, funny, and we learnt so much from her and she made the time that we spent with her enjoyable. You also get to take you glass home from the tasting in a box. We also purchased bottles of wine to take home. Nice large room, very clean and breakfast in the morning was delicious. Look forward to returning Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 5/5

Came here for an afternoon tea. We had their festive menu which is different from the one online, think turkey sandwiches, ‘Christmas bauble’ desserts. You could pick another hot drink if you didn’t want tea (I had hot chocolate which was amazing!). The food was lovely and I did enjoy it, but I think £35 per person was a little on the expensive side for what it was. That said, the staff were friendly, looking over the vineyard was a very nice touch, and I did enjoy the food.

A few mates and I met up for coffees and a catch up. The Vineyard is a beautiful location, we had coffee upstairs, looking out over the Vineyard. Great coffee, and many people having afternoon tea, with sandwiches, cakes and nibbles downstairs which looked stunning. Cannot comment on the rooms or meals as we only had coffee. Very professional and pleasant staff. Plenty of parking available.

Possibly one of the best hotel experiences I have had (and I have traveled a lot and stayed in hotels all over the world). We stayed here as we were going to watch Wales vs France for the Six Nations and from start to finish our experience was exceptional. The staff were all amazing and went above and beyond our expectations. A particular mention to Henry and Jack who looked after us in the amazing Roots restaurant. The restaurant is not just any ordinary hotel restaurant, I would say it is a destination restaurant and you would go there just for the restaurant. We were there on a Sunday which was sold to us as a Sunday Carvery but it so much more than this, it was a fine dining Sunday Roast, exceptional, well done to the restaurant team. The hotel also has a winery and we tried their dry white Solaris wine and the Lanerch gin, both were exceptional that we purchased a bottle of each at reception when we checked out. The location was stunning, the rooms were spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable, not sure what else to say but it was above and beyond our expectations. If I had to be critical and this is in no way a bad point but it would make the stay even better for me, a shaving mirror in The bathroom next time would be the icing on the cake. All in all amazing and once again a special mention to Henry and Jack for being superstars and really understanding what hospitality means. Can’t wait to go back again.

I purchased the Llanerch Vineyard Luxury package for my Husbands birthday and we stayed here In January 2026. I can't praise them enough - from the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Liz and Ally on reception. They were so friendly and helpful and after directing us to the bar until our room was ready (check in at 3pm), at 11.15am they came to get us to tell us our room was ready and upgraded us from our Countryside Superior room to a suite! They went out of their way to ensure that our stay was made extra special. We then went to the Tasting Rooms for the wine tasting and were hosted by Vicky - we were very lucky as it ended up just being myself and my husband on the 12.00 slot so we had Vicky all to ourselves :) She was knowledgeable, funny, and we learnt so much from her. She clearly loves her job and she made the time that we spent with her so enjoyable. We had our table for dinner booked at 7.30pm, we have dined here several times in the past and have always had a lovely experience. We were looked after by Rhys who couldn't do enough for us. The food was outstanding, as was the wine and Rhys went out of his way to make sure that our evening was special. So, thank you Llanerch Vineyard - keep doing what you're doing - and again, special thanks to Liz, Ally, Rhys and Vicky - you were amazing x

I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I recently stayed here with my husband celebrating our 20 year anniversary. The hotel upgraded our room to a suite and we had a complimentary bottle of bubbles and Welsh cakes in our room. The wine tasting we had booked was with Vicky who was extremely knowledgeable and a joy to learn from. The wine we sampled was absolutely gorgeous too. Our evening meal at the restaurant was exceptional along the service we experienced. Especially from Alice who gave us two glasses of complimentary bubbles with our meal in celebration. The receptionists on arrival and checkout were friendly and welcoming. It wasn’t stuffy. It was comfortable but at a level that made me feel so special. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Absolutely perfect in every way.

Visited th restaurant. The food was exceptional. The location was stunning. But the service could be improved. We ordered some nibbles for the table. They never arrived but they tried to charge us for them at the end. We still left with a very enjoyable evening. And the wine was very nice.

Good high tea. View over the vineyard was really beautiful. The savoury part was our favourite. The cream with the scones was cheesy instead of fresh. The cakes were too large. It was overall great, but would rather have do e a la carte.
